Good question. Hitching up to the Dexter Brake Actuator # T63FR is a little different than most couplers, but it pretty easy once you have the steps layed out.

Step 1: Remove safety pin (pictured)
Step 2: Lift latch
Step 3: Lower coupler onto ball
Step 4: Close latch
Step 5: Reinsert safety pin
Step 6: Go forth and have fun
