To flat tow a vehicle you'll need to have a tow bar, baseplate, tow bar wiring kit, braking system, and safety cables. For your 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I have the following recommendations along with a Blue Ox baseplate:

Baseplate: Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BX1139. This will fit standard factory bumpers, if you have something else we'll need to check for compatibility.

Tow Bar: etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e47ZR. This tow bar comes with safety cables bracketed to the arms so you won't have to purchase them separately or worry about them dragging on the ground. The head and shank offer a bit of adjustability to help keep the tow bar level between the vehicle and motorhome.

Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will splice into the factory wiring to properly display your motorhome's traffic signals through the tail lights of your Wrangler.

If you have ParkSense Proximity Sensors then you'll need part # RM63MR instead.

Braking System: Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700. This braking system permanently installs inside of your Wrangler and will require no setup once the initial installation is complete so you'll have one less step to check off when getting ready to flat tow.

Since the brake light switch wire for your Wrangler isn't useable you'll need to install the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751490 in order to get the signal for the indicator light to show when the brakes are being applied in the Wrangler.
