There may be a bunch of different reason why your Lippert Level-Up system has suddenly stopped working. The most common reasons are due to a dead battery, extending your jacks too far, or a blown fuse.

The first thing you should check for is the easy stuff, so in this case that'd be a blown fuse. If the fuse is blown, then simply replace it and see if it works.

If not, move to the battery. You're going to need to make sure that it's not dead and reading normal voltage. If it's dead, allow your battery to fully recharge so let's say a day, and then check again.

If that also isn't the issue, then you're going to need to check your wiring next. This is the not so fun part of troubleshooting, but it is necessary. You'll want to comb through your wires and make sure nothing is pinched or broken, and that you have a good solid ground connection.

If you're still having issues then I'd recommend reaching out directly to Lippert as they're going to be better suited to delve deeper into troubleshooting or begin warranty work if need be.

My leveling control pad does not respond. I’m getting a messsge that says to have the leveler serviced. My Jayco Greyhawk RV only has 10k miles on it and the leveling system has been used very little. What at home troubleshooting can I do to get my system to work. When I turn on the power to my RV, the leveling control pad comes on automatically and won’t power off when I press the power off button as well. Thank you 803-292-4368

@LesterP Realistically all you can do is check to verify that the connections are good and that it's getting power. If all that's fine you'd need to take it in to get looked at.

@Robert If it's doing nothing at all then you might just have a blown fuse. I'm not sure if you've checked that yet, but if you haven't I'd start there.

Hello! Where is the fuse located?

@LisaF The fuse should be under the RV near the pump. If you don't know where the pump is, it is located between the frame rails back near the rear axle.

Lippert system will power on, and the screen is lit but no information. Can only manually level front and back Jack's. The system will shut down several times before extending and retrieving is completed. Battery is showing 12.5 Tried the reset directions, but did not help.

@TomF It sounds like you just have a defective screen, Tom. I'd recommend getting in touch with Lippert and seeing if they can send out a replacement under warranty.

I keep getting left rear jack fault and I can’t get the jack to move using the manual controls. What would be the cause? All other jacks seem to be functioning. Nevertheless, the system will not auto level.

@ChrisM That error code is saying that there is an electrical issue with the left rear jack, so what you'll wan to do is check the fuse on the main controller for damage, as well as the wiring and connections for the jack. Once you have all the wiring checked and if the jack starts to work again you will need to rehome all the jacks. If you can't find any bad wiring then you have a bad jack and would need to get it replaced.
