Installing a cat-back system like the Magnaflow Cat-Back part # MF15437 on your 2014 Ford Explorer would not void the warranty. Ford would have to prove that the cat-back caused some type of failure in order for them to void your warranty. Which the likelihood of a cat-back system causing something on your vehicle to fail is extremely low.
The use of aftermarket products is protected by the Federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act. The Act states that if something fails on your vehicle and you take it in for warranty repair, the dealer must honor your warranty unless the failed item was the direct cause of the failure.
