Will Roof Rack # TH711420 Fit 2011 Jeep Liberty With Flush Side Rails

I just purchsed a 2011 jeep liberty I dont know if the roof rails are factory. The rails are flush to the top of the truck. Will this rack fit, it says elevated factory rails in the description

The roof racks we offer for your 2011 Jeep Liberty will fit factory rails. The Thule WingBar Crossbar # TH711420 and Foot pack # TH710401 are a fit. If the rails on the roof of your Liberty are not raised, we do not have a roof rack that would work.
