You are going to want to update the spindles on your 1972 Sanger boat trailer to the more common Spindle # TRU74FR. This will give you the current common bearing sizes for a typical 3,500lb axle as we do not carry either of your bearing sizes. You will need to pair the new spindles with new hubs. We have either an Idler Hub # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K or Hub/Drum # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K which comes complete with bearings. These both have the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If your trailer has a different bolt pattern please let me know and I can help you find the best hubs for your application.
