Replacement Parts Needed For Older Horse Trailer With 1.250 and 1.063 Spindle Diameters

Question:

Hello, I am having a hard time figuring the right bearings for an old horse trailer and was hoping yall could help. We pulled one wheel off and I do believe we have the new outside bearing correct matched to the old outside bearing but I am not convinced that the old inner bearing/race what we removed was correct because the new inner one seems too large. I've got some photos of the bearings, races, and spindle. Thank you!

It does appear someone put the wrong size inner bearing in your hub as the Bearing # L68149 fits a spindle with diameter of 1.378" while it appears you only have 1.250" on your spindle. This was likely done as you have a spindle size which is no longer commonly used. I recommend replacing your spindles with the #84 Spindle # TRU74FR. This will allow you to use 2 of the Hub/Drums # AKHD-545-35-G-EZ-K with Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA. These will give you updated components and you will be able to find replacement parts with our Bearing Kit # BK2-100.
