The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV803350 comes with all of the features you have now. This doesn't include a switch but you will be able to wire it to your existing switch if you wish to continue using it. We also have the # FV807350 which comes with a remote if you would prefer the remote to a switch. This could vent could also be wired to the switch giving you multiple options for operation.
