I got the Tenosha wiring kit for my 2022 Kia Telluride . What mounting brackets to I use for the wiring 4 plug?

I recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure a 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put the connector in a easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
The etrailer Hitch item # e45ZR, you were looking at, is confirmed to fit the 2022 Kia Telluride.
