Does a 2023 Toyota Highlander have a factory wiring harness tucked somewhere under the steering column for easier install of a brake controller?

The 2023 Toyota Highlander does not have a factory tow port or custom wiring harness for brake controller installation. However, if you're installing the Tekonsha 7-way # TK57VR you were looking at it comes with an adapter that will plug into Tekonsha brake controllers like the Prodigy P3 # 90195 so no splicing is required. If you already have a 7-way splicing will be the only option for installation.
