Is There a Lock For Flint Hill Goods Cargo Carrier & Ramp FHG69ZR
Question:
We just installed this on a 2014 Subaru Outback with a E98847 hitch. The hitch has the 2 inch X 2 inch receiver with a 5/8 inch pin. The FH69ZR has the 2 inch X 2 inch receiver with a 1/2 inch pin in it. Customer wanted to change out the OEM pin with a locking pin. How is this supposed to work for this? Industry standard for the 2 inch receiver is 5/8. Hopefully you can answer this for us. Thanks

The Flint Hill Goods 29" x 49" Carrier w/ 60" Ramp # FHG69ZR does come with a threaded 5/8" hitch pin as opposed to the 1/2" pin. Since it is threaded there is not a lock that fits this particular carrier; if your customer wanted they could add some security with cable lock # RKY3751 looped to the hitch chains.
