Why Isn't The Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack Rated For Use On Travel Trailers
Question:
I was wondering why this wouldnt work for a travel trailer? We ave two lectric bikes. Is this not recommended because of the spare tire position?

Trailer suspensions are a bit less sophisticated and can put more strain on rack and wear it down, which is why manufacturers test their racks with each style of vehicle/RV to see how well they hold up. With the Hollywood Racks RV Rider Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # HLY64FR not being rated for use on travel trailers the next best option is going to be the Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # S94FR.
This rack has a 70lb per bike capacity and can similar mounting style as the # HLY64FR so that you can properly secure your Lectric E-Bikes. The wheel cradles can fit tires up to 3" wide or you can get the fat tire adapters # S64679 to fit tires up to 5" wide. If this isn't what you'd prefer then let me know the model number of your bikes so I can look up the specifics and let me know what features you'd prefer and I'd be happy to list out some options for you.
