Mounting Hole Dimensions For The Pintle Hook Mounting Plate Adapter TLM9002

What are the dimensions for the 4 mounting holes? Center to center. I need a adjustable bolt on hitch. My current pintle hitch has a a pattern 3 1/2 horizontal and 1 3/4 vertical.
