I feel the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75952 is the best option for your 2024 Nissan Murano. This receiver uses the more common 2" receiver opening and includes a mounting tab for securing the wiring connector. The receiver is also rated to be used with a Weight Distribution Hitch # EQ37060ET if you are towing larger trailers.
The Curt Wiring Harness # C56267 will provide you a 4-way flat connector which is most commonly found on small trailers. It will also allow for Auxiliary Lights # C53201 if you are using a hitch mounted accessory which impairs the view of your tail lights. And you will be able to secure it to the tab on the receiver with a Bracket # 18144
If you are hauling a larger trailer you will likely also need the 7-Way # ETBC7 and a Brake Controller # RED44FR if the trailer has electric brakes.
