The Timbren Axle-Less Suspension, part # ASR5200S01, you referenced is a 5200 lb system. The hub I recommend is the Dexter Trailer Hub Assembly, part # 8-213-5UC1-EZ. The EZ-Lube feature makes it easy to add grease to your hub components when needed. This assembly includes the lug nuts, inner bearing and race, outer bearing and race, and the E-Z Lube grease cap with plug and grease seal.
The electric brakes I recommend are the Dexter 12 inch Nev-R-Adjust brake assemblies for 6000 lb axles. To order the left hand you would order part # 23-458, and for the right hand you would order part # 23-459. Even though these are never adjust brakes, there needs to be an initial setup when they are first installed. I have included a link to a video that shows how to set these up for the first time.
If you are also looking for tires and wheels I have included a link to our product page for tires and wheels that work with the hub I recommended above.
For a brake controller i recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Trailer Brake Controller , part # 90885. This is a proportional brake controller that works with electric or electric over hydraulic brakes on your trailer. If you wish to let me know what vehicle you are towing with, we can see if there is a wiring harness available to easily install the brake controller.
