The brakes in the fitguide were likely for some other sub-models. Typically our replacement brakes are found under the general "Trailer" category. For 12" x 2" brake assemblies you can use the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 12" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA or the # AKEBRK-7-D you were looking at. These are designed for 5,200-7,000 lb axles with a 5 bolt brake flange.
Since you actually looked at 12" x 2" brakes I'll give you an option for 10" x 2-1/4" just to cover both if there was some confusion in translation. The Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA are designed for 3,500 lb axles with a 4 bolt brake flange.
