Question:
I have a hitch, but need a few more inches of drop. On the RP3344 what is the distance from top to last hole on unit? I was following your example, but need to recheck trucks receiver height, its around 25.5inch and the bottom of coupler is 19. Thanks

Based on the dimensions you gave for your truck's hitch height and the height of the bottom of the coupler of your trailer you need about a drop of 6-1/2 inches.
The Reese Shank part # RP3344 that you referenced has a maximum drop of 6-3/8 inches when used in the lowest position with a round bar setup or 6-1/8 when used with a trunnion system. That would be almost exactly the drop you would need so this shank would work very well for you and will allow you to tow your trailer level.
I attached an FAQ on determine the correct rise/drop ball mounts for you to check out.
