I currently have a PullRite SuperGlide 4100. Will my hitch fit the Reese adapter for Ram w/factory 5th prep? I am changing over from a RAM 2500 with the PullRite under bed mount. Thanks.

No it won't the Pullrite 4100 that you have is only designed to work with Pullrite Rails. If you had the Pullrite ISR hitch that is designed to fit industry standard rails their part number 2700 then it would be compatible with the Reese Dodge Adapter part # RP30154.
