Good morning Vincent I hope you are well. We do have trailer hitch and wiring options for your 2019 BMW X5 50i with the M sport package. First lets look at the hitch. The only hitch available that is compatible with the M sport package is the Stealth Hitch Class 4 Hitch. The main advantage of a Stealth Hitch is that it features a removable receiver. This means that this hitch will be completely hidden when not in use.
Stealth hitch offers the hitch complete with the towing kit and wiring harness as part # SH25VR. This is what I recommend going with because you will get literally everything you need to tow a trailer, the hitch, towing kit with ball mount and wiring harness. The wiring harness uses a 7-way trailer plug, and it also comes with an adapter for a 4-flat trailer plug for if your trailer does not have electric brakes. The hitch itself is rated for towing up to 8,000 lbs or 600 lbs of tongue weight.
Installation is going to be a bit more on the difficult side as you will have to remove the bumper and impact structure. I have linked our install video for this Stealth Hitch below if you want a look.
