Trailer Hitch and 2 Bike Rack Recommendation for a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe

Hello, I am looking for a hitch that I could install on my Honda Civic Coupe 2012 to put a bike rack with 2 bikes capacity. I would like something: -Strong -As little visible as possible -That I can install myself without drilling holes in my car I am OK with trimming the heatshield. Would you mind recommending your best options hitch+rack? Also I do not know if a tilting rack is necessary for my car a fixed one may be enough and still being able to open the trunk?. Thanks in advance for your help,

A good choice for a hitch on your 2012 Honda Civic Coupe would be the Draw Tite Hitch part # 24763. This rack has a 200 lb tongue weight capacity for a bike rack and bikes, would be mainly out of sight (see pic to see how visible it would be), and would be totally possible for you to install by yourself as long as you have basic mechanical skills and tools. I attached installation instructions and an install video for this hitch for you to check out also.

For a bike rack to carry two bikes that would work very well with the # 24763 check out the Swagman Trailhead, # S63360. It features anti-sway cradles, the ability to tilt down, and it has a rise in the shank for more ground clearance.

If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have to use these adapters and without them my wife's bike would be at a severe angle and I would not be able to load my son's bike at all. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
