You are correct the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13126 for your 2019 Infiniti QX60 has 2 different weight ratings. The standard towing capacity(600lbs tongue weight/4,000lbs trailer weight) is for when you are using a basic ball mount like the Curt # C45036. The weight distribution towing capacity(600lbs tongue weight/5,000lbs trailer weight) is for when you use a Weight Distribution Hitch # FA92-00-0600. This type of hitch better distributes the tongue weight of the trailer across your vehicle which makes driving much safer.
Since you are concerned with the higher weight capacity you will most likely want to install a 7-Way # C56357 since that connector is more commonly found on the larger trailers. This will also give you the ability to use a Brake Controller # C79DR if your trailer has electric brakes.
