Can Curt Echo Under-Dash be Hardwired to 2024 Kia Telluride
Question:
I have a factory brake controller port on my 2024 Kia Telluride. The 7 pin wiring harness and trailer hitch are already installed. I also have a matching Kia port plug with 4 wire pigtail. Can I simply cut off the Curt connector on the C27JR and hardwire the Curt to my Kia pigtail? Or does the Curt connector contain a necessary fuse that would be eliminated by this approach? I dont see an optional connector on your website that has a Curt connector on one end and the Kia connector on the other.

Hi Michael; thanks for the question and for your 2024 Kia Telluride, if you like you can hardwire in the Curt Echo Under-Dash Bluetooth Brake Controller # C27JR.
The connector isn't fused so nothing would be eliminated.
