I pulled a sample of the Ventline Vanair 12-Volt Trailer Roof Vent # VP-543SP from our warehouse in order to take measurements for you. These key measurements are shown on the linked photo that I have edited for you. The diameter of the widest part of the black exterior portion is 8-inches so it appears that it may be too big for your application.

This 12V powered fan is intended for a trailer roof with a rough opening of 6-1/4-inches. Please note that it does not include the necessary installation hardware and sealant, but we do offer a complete install kit # 344270KITW.
