Question:
I have a LC trailer at 1180 lbs spec. It has 30205 bearings and unknown seals. The outter bore is 2.048inch at 52mm, but the shaft seal diameter is 1.236. The seal surface is poor. The Axle is 62inch long. Seals are not going to do a good job on the seal surface. Biut? How can you help.

I was unable to find a cross-reference to the bearing number 30205 you referenced. I will need some more information from you to be able to determine what seals and bearings will work for your trailer. I have included a drawing that shows where the measurements need to be taken using a precision instrument like a dial caliper.
The spindle dimensions are as follows: A is the mounting dimension, B is the seal dimension, C is the inner bearing surface, D is the outer bearing surface and E is the diameter of the threaded portion of the spindle for spindle nut selection.
If you can let me know what the dimensions are on the spindle for the components you want to replace I will be happy to make some recommendations. I have also included a link to our product page for spindles. Near the top is a chart that shows what spindles we offer. If you find those dimensions on the spindles you currently have, we will be able to help find the bearings and seals needed for your trailer.
