For your 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I recommend a spare tire mounted carrier like the Yakima SpareTime 2 Bike Carrier, part # Y02598. This carrier is designed to hold 2 bikes and has extension arms that will work for extra wide tires mounted on the back of your Jeep.

If you are planning on carrying women's bikes, or bikes with an alternative frame I recommend a bar adapter like part # Y02531. This adapter attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried evenly in the carrier while providing more ground clearance.
