Recommended 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch For A 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 With OEM Puck System
Question:
Looking for a 5th Wheel slider hitch like the BandW Patriot but I have OEM puck in a 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 LT. Do you have anything that fits that other than the really heavy Companion? Thank you for your help!

Hey Ryan,
All other 5th wheel hitch options for your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 OEM puck system would require an adapter. Of these options I recommend the Curt A20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ R20 Slider # C16541 along with the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C47BR.
The adapter weighs 77lbs and the hitch weighs 220lbs but you can easily remove the yoke pin to take the head off to reduce the weight.
I've attached a short video below where Rob will walk you through the installation of this hitch in the another 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500.
