How to Tell if 1997 Ford F350 Has Overload Springs
Question:
I have a 1997 F350 crew cab diesel. It is 4wd and has firestone levelers installed. How do I know if it has overloadinch springs? Is the higher bed height on my 4wd an issue with a gooseneck hitch? Looking at the BW thank you

If you look at your rear leaf springs, and see an extra leaf as shown in the diagram, you have the overload spring option. For a 1997 F350 with overload springs, you'd need the B and W Turnover Ball # BWGNRK1110. If your truck does NOT have the overload springs, go with part # BWGNRK1100.
