Hi Rick,

LaSalle Bristol's roof membrane is made of PVC which is known to be durable and offer better protection against punctures and overall weathering. Alpha Systems offers TPO roof membranes that are more environmentally friendly/recyclable and offer better UV reflection to help prevent dry rotting and keep the trailer cooler. Both options would make a great replacement that should last around 10 - 20 years and neither really have a benefit that sets them ahead of the other so I'd personally go with the PVC roofing.

It's a bit more economically priced and comes with LaSalle Bristol's sealants included in the kit. No offense to Alpha Systems but their sealants are so thick and tacky that you can't get a nice smooth wipe with you finger when applying it. LaSalle Bristol's sealants are much smoother and give you a nicer finish.

Since you were looking at the Alpha Systems Superflex RV Roof Membrane with Installation Kit - White - 25' x 9-1/2' # AL66UV I'll assume you need a 25' roll so you'll need LaSalle Bristol's # 344270KIT25. If you need a different length then I've also attached a link to our selection of roof membranes below.
