Will a Fulton F142416 Winch Replace An Obsolete Fulton F142208 Winch?

Can I replace the F142208 with the F142416 in reference to hole pattern, strap hight and alignment ?

While I cannot find the exact specifications for the hole pattern on the Fulton 142208 I was able to find dimensions for the Fulton High-Performance 2-Speed Trailer Winch # F142416. It is going to have the same bolt pattern as the Fulton Winch # F142401 which I have included in the images below.
As far as the strap height and alignment are concerned they are likely the same since they are both from Fulton.
