Will sportrack 2415 extend far enough the side of a 2023 RAM 1500 to allow the tailgate to open?

Hey Phil,
The SportRack Ridge Swing 4 Bike Rack # SR2415 swings out 36" when fully extended so you'll want to measure out 36" from the center of your trailer hitch receiver to gauge if you'll be able to open the tailgate with the rack installed.
