The Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack item # 391KIATELL20 you ordered doesn't have a class rating because it is not capable of towing. It is only for accessories that fit 2" receivers like bike racks and cargo carriers. This 2" receiver has a 600 lbs tongue weight which is comparable to class III hitches.
If you want to tow with this hitch you'll need to add the Towing Kit w/ Ball Mount and Trailer Wiring for Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - 2" Ball item # SH53GR.

Just asking because you told me before that it would work with the full Yakima EXO system and on the Yakima specifications it says only can be used with class 3 and 4 hitches.
