Question:
Is the Curt electronic sway control proactive or reactive? Is the helping with small sway for wind or a passing semi, or is it designed for the almost out of control type of sway.

Expert Reply:
The Curt True Course Advanced Bluetooth Trailer Sway Control # C94VV is a reactive device as it must detect sway before it activates the trailer brakes to reduce sway. While the device may not notice light sway from the wind due to the position of the sensor on the front of the trailer it will begin to activate once it senses the sway increase side to side.
