Troubleshooting Right Turn/Brake Signal Not Working on Trailer Connector 2001 Chevy Silverado

the only lights that do not work on my camper trailer is the Rt Turn/Break. Ive tested the 7 poles at the truck and the pole for the Rt Turn/Break is not getting any reading on the tester with the turn signal and breaks on. All the other poles get correct readings 12 volts. How do I trouble shoot it from here?

It sounds like you blew a trailer wiring fuse in your 2001 Chevy Silverado. At this point your best option would be to check your owners manual or fuse block legend for the locations of the trailer wiring fuses and replace the right turn/stop light circuit.

If the fuses check out OK, examine the trailer connector for loose wires or connections.

I attached a couple FAQ articles that you might find informative as well.
