Question:
I just received my rim and tire. There are no weights on it. Has it been balanced already ? or do it need to have it balanced.

The trailer tires we sell are not balanced. However, when our wheel/tire supplier mounts the tire to the wheel, they will line the high (heavy) spot on the tire with the low (light) spot on the wheel. This does not completely balance the wheel/tire combo, but since wheel balance is nowhere near as important on a trailer as it is on a vehicle, it's usually more than close enough.
If you wish to balance the wheels further, your local tire shop should be able to do that for you.
