Can The Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchors Be Used On An Open Deck Trailer?

I see lots of questions for using this part with the plywood floors of enclosed trailers. Can I use this with the treated 2x floor of my open trailer?

Hello Don; yes, you can use the Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchors # RR5K on the wooden floor of your open trailer. It is actually quite common for these to be used on open flat-bed trailers, like you can see in the picture below.
