Are Crossbars Needed for a 2024 Suabru Forrester Wilderness

2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness. Do I need crossbars if I buy a platform rack like, for example, the Rhino Pioneer. I am also trying to minimize wind noise for this item.

The Rhino Rack Pioneer # RR87CP does have integrated t-slots so you potentially wouldn't need crossbars if whatever you're attaching can be attached via t-slots.
