Will A 2017 Kia Soul Roof Rack Also Fit A 2013 Kia Soul?

Hello Jim. The 54" Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars you mentioned will fit a 2017 Kia Soul. The part number # RRVA137B-2 is just a set of two crossbars though, and not a complete roof rack. The complete roof rack for the 2017 Kia Soul is part # RR64ZE which comes with the 54" Rhino Rack aero bars. Just keep in mind this roof rack will not fit models with the panoramic glass roof.

That said, the roof rack from the 2017 Soul will not cross over to a 2013 model. So, if you want a rack for the 2013 model it will require a different setup. The complete roof rack for the 2013 Kia Soul is part # RR35FE which comes with a 49" crossbar.
