Hi Michael; we haven't had the Rola Swinging Enclosed Cargo Carrier since 2021 and it looks like it is no longer available at other retailers. For a similar enclosed cargo carrier with a swing away feature I recommend the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR.
