Do I need RM-88400 relay kit for a 2024 ford Escape Hybrid? I have a brake Buddy 3 and Diode wiring kit RM-15267. thanks

Yes, the 2024 Ford Escape Hybrid has combined wiring and when used with supplemental braking system like the Brake Buddy 3, it does need a brake light switch/relay such as Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400. I attached a wiring diagram to show you how simple it is to install; sometimes it seems more difficult than it really is.
