Does SportRack Vista Roof Mounted Cargo Basket Mount On Or Above Roof Rails
Question:
Does the basket sit above or on the roof rails? I have a 2015 Subaru Outback.

Hi Al; the SportRack Vista Roof Mounted Cargo Basket # SR9035 mounts on your roof rack crossbars. Since the crossbars attach to the rails the basket will sit above the rails as seen in the picture below. As long as your maximum crossbar width is no greater than 3-1/2" and you have a crossbar spread of 23-5/8" - 35-3/4" it will fit the roof rack on your 2015 Subaru Outback.
