Troubleshooting Prodigy P3 That Shows Connection but Brakes on Trailer Aren't Working

Question:

I have a teknosha p3 brake controller. When I apply the brakes the numbers display on the controller as if its braking but it doesnt feel like its braking. To test this I flipped the manual brake and nothing happens but the display still shows its braking. I am not getting any warnings its as if it is working perfectly fine but the brakes arent responding?

Hey Steven, is there something going on with the brake assemblies? Did you possibly blow a grease seal and now the hubs are covered in grease which prevents the brakes from functioning? I would also check to make sure the grounds on the assemblies and main ground harness of the trailer is in good shape.
