Can I mount a hitch on a Jayco j series 12 hfd a frame popup that can handle two e-bikes on a Hollywood destination e bike rack

Hey Mike, yes you can - depending on the combined weight of your bikes. We do have universal hitches like the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs # 13703 which will fit frames ranging from 22" to 72" wide, and has a max weight capacity of 3,500 lbs.
So, in theory, as long as the combined weight of your bikes weigh less than 330 lbs, you could use this rack and hitch and be fine.
