With the proper installation kit you can install the Curt Q20 5th wheel trailer hitch # C16536 on your Ford F-350. But it seems like you have left out one number for the year of your truck so I can't make a custom installation kit recommendation, if there is one available.
Or you could use the universal installation kit # RP30035. I have linked the installation instructions for you to view.
