I reached out to Extang and they informed me that they cannot give out that information as it is considered proprietary.
With that being said, I can guarantee you that Extang Tonneau Cover # EX65VR will fit your 2023 Ford F150 with 6 1/2' bed just as long as your toolbox is a standard size 18-20". If for some reason your were to receive it and it didn't work, you are more than welcome to use this answer as a reference and etrailer will cover the cost of the return shipping (within 30 days of receiving) because I am recommending this part to you.
