Recommended Sliding 5th Wheel Hitch for a 2019 Nissan Titan w/ Factory Prep Package

I am looking for 5th wheel hitch for a 2019 Nissan Titan XD Diesel with the factory tow prep w/gooseneck and puck, with a 6.5 bed. All Of the Curt products for that truck are showing for the 8 bed.

Hey Kevin! Curt doesn't make a sliding hitch with a base that attaches directly to your Nissan's gooseneck puck system so you'll need to start with the Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter for Nissan Titan XD OEM 5th Wheel Towing Prep Package item # DM6200. This drops down into your gooseneck puck and gives a standard base rail set up.

Then you can add any 5th wheel hitch that is compatible with industry standard rails. I looked up your truck's towing capacity and I think the best Curt hitch for you is going to be the Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ S20 Slider item # C23DR.

The Curt A16 item # C23DR has a 16,000 lbs capacity and will give you 12" of travel for making tight turns. The A16's dual jaws will give you a 360-degree jaw to kingpin contact. This system minimizes the chucking, jarring and noise that can occur when towing a fifth wheel trailer. This not only provides a more secure connection but also a quieter more comfortable towing experience.
