As long as your Liberty doesn't have a brush guard on it, the Roadmaster # RM-521423-5 base plate kit would be a good choice. If you DO have a brush guard, use # 521426-1. In order to be compatible with your Reese tow bar, you'd also need an adapter like part # RM-025. I'm not sure which Reese tow bar you have, but keep in mind that some of the Reese towbars have a limited speed rating of 45 mph. The # 40602 bracket you referenced is more suited to something that would have a completely flat bumper like a Jeep.

You'll also need a wiring system so the taillights on your Liberty operate along with those of the motorhome. For a wireless option, Wireless Magnetic Mount Tow Lights # LIW-LDTL would be a good choice. Or, if you prefer the cleaner look offered by a system wired into the Liberty's taillight circuits, the Hopkins # HM56203 is an easy to install plug and play option that would require no cutting or splicing into the existing wiring.

If you don't already have one, you'll also need a supplementary breaking system like the Roadmaster InvisiBrake # RM-8700.
