The correct roof rack for your 2010 Chevy Camaro consists of the Yakima Cross Bars # Y00409, Q-towers # Y00678, and the Q-Clips # Y0124. This roof rack will mount directly to your vehicle door frame and doos not require drilling for installation. If you would like locks for this roof rack you can use the Yakima Same Key System (SKS) # Y07202.

With the above Yakima Roof rack system mentioned above your cross bar spread (distance from the center of one cross bar to the center of the other bar) will be 20 inches. Due to this shortened spread length I recommend a foam block style of kayak carrier. These are sold in a pair that is intended to be used on 1 kayak. So if you are transporting more than one kayak you will need to order multiples. I also recommend checking the width measurements on your kayak to make sure that more than one will fit on the cross bars. I have provided a link to these options for you to check out.

If you would like additional cargo tie-downs you can use the Yakima tie downs # Y04031. This included 2 ropes, 2 bow and Stern tie downs, and a plastic guard on the strap to protect the strap and the finish on your Camaro.

With all roof top cargo and accessories please check the weight capacity of your roof and make sure that the weight of your roof rack, and kayak(s) will not exceed the weight limitations of the lowest rated component of your roof rack system, which is most likely your car roof capacity.
