Does Rhino-Rack Roof Rack for a 2009 Toyota Venza Come with Everything Needed to Install

Hi there. I have a 2009 Toyota Venza with nothing on the roof. It also does not have a moon roof. I think I found the right kit RR37YR. I just wanted to confirm the kit comes with everything I need to install it bars, leg kit and the pad/clamp kit. Thanks
