What Functions are Needed on a 7-Way Trailer Connector to Power a Prodigy RF Brake Controller
Question:
What powers the prodigy on my 7 pin hitch connector of my Ford F150? I understand that it is the battery charge pin#4, could you send me a wiring diagram for the tow vehicle requirements to power the prodigy?

like you said, the Prodigy RF # TK94FR gets its power from the 12 volt circuit on a vehicle side 7-Way. On a vehicle side 7-Way, if looking at the pins, it is the pin in the 1 oclock position.
The 7-Way will also need functioning left/right turn signal and brake light pins (in the 9 and 3 oclock positions). I have linked a help article that includes diagrams of various trailer connectors included vehicle and trailer side 7-Ways.
