I am planning to order C18145 for my 2012 Outback which has the factory hitch. Which anti-rattle locking pin will fit? Are the thread patterns the same for all locking pins and carriers?

Manufacturers uniquely thread the bolts and weldnuts on their products so you can't use different brands. The Curt cargo carrier # C18145 does have an anti-ratlle hitch bolt already but no lock that will fit. The solution is to use a cable lock such as # 8291DPS for a 3 footer or # e98891 for a 10 footer.
